Neurodiversity Week 2026: Building Awareness, Empathy, and Inclusion
For the second consecutive year, TP Greece proudly participated in Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026. The company organized a series of initiatives designed to raise awareness, encourage empathy, and promote inclusion across our workplace.
Throughout the week, employees received daily communications highlighting different neurodivergent conditions. Additionally, they received practical insights into how we can better understand and support people with diverse neurological profiles.
Strengthening Inclusion Through Collaboration
The week began with an activity organized in collaboration with Best Buddies, an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Employees participated in an interactive learning activity designed to explore neurodiversity in an engaging way. Through a fun team-based quiz, participants tested their knowledge and challenged common stereotypes. They also discussed how meaningful interactions contribute to building a more inclusive workplace.
Beyond the friendly competition, the activity created space for open dialogue and reflection. Topics included the importance of social connection and acceptance at work.

A Virtual Journey into Autism Sensory Perception
The second day introduced employees to a powerful experiential learning opportunity through the Autism Sensory Experience Simulator by Nevronas.
Using virtual reality technology, participants were able to experience how individuals on the autism spectrum may perceive everyday environments. The simulation highlighted the challenges of sensory overload and offered valuable insights into the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals.
This immersive experience sparked meaningful conversations among employees about empathy and accessibility. As a result, it also prompted discussions about the practical steps organizations can take to foster a more supportive environment.

Continuing the Conversation
Neurodiversity Celebration Week also served as a starting point for broader conversations around inclusion.
As part of these efforts, TP in Greece is launching additional initiatives, including:
- A podcast discussion focused on neurodiversity and inclusion in the workplace
- A webinar for managers, providing guidance on supporting and collaborating with neurodiverse team members
- A webinar for parents, offering insights and support for those raising neurodiverse children
Through these initiatives, TP in Greece reaffirms its commitment to cultivating a workplace where every individual feels respected, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Because inclusion grows when we learn from one another.
