Investing in Women’s AI Readiness
For International Women’s Day 2026, TP Greece offers 700 women one-year free access to a global learning platform featuring AI-focused masterclasses and 200+ additional programs supporting future-ready skills and leadership development. The program will benefit 350 women employees at TP Greece and 350 women from the wider community.
Participants receive full access from day one. This is not limited training. It is an annual subscription designed to encourage continuous learning, autonomy, and long-term development.
Because real empowerment goes beyond a single workshop, it builds lasting capability.
What the AI Masterclasses Include
The AI-focused content supports women in developing practical and strategic skills, including:
- AI-era insights and future-readiness perspectives
