Inspiring the next Generation of Female Leaders
TP Greece’s CEO committed into a panel discussion titled “The Path to CEO: Amplifying Your Voice via Your Own Career Trajectory”, sharing personal learnings and best practices on how to amplify a person’s voice by turning it into a megaphone that will accelerate their career path. Her advice to the women who are just starting out in tech was to make the first step to find their career path, be true to themselves, speak up for themselves and become true advocates of themselves.
She observed that unconscious bias affects women in tech and that companies still underrepresent them compared to men.
As Ms. Charlotte Foucteau stated “We need to have women mentors in tech. We need to help them learn from a young age and support them in their career.” TP Greece’s CEO stressed that companies should uphold recruitment and diversity policies while giving women employees flexible options.
