Redefining Success – A TP Initiative for International Women’s Day 2025

This International Women’s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering an environment where women can thrive, celebrating their strength, resilience, and diverse achievements within our TP team and beyond. 

Breaking the Barriers 

For generations, women have been told what success should look like: a high-powered career, a perfect family, academic excellence. But the truth is, success is personal. It’s about passion, perseverance, and embracing one’s own path, no matter how unconventional. 

At TP in Greece, we’re surrounded by inspiring stories, women who have pursued their dreams despite challenges, balanced career and family, or redefined their ambitions on their own terms. From those who have carved out their space in leadership to those who have taken bold new steps in their personal and professional lives, these journeys remind us that success is not a fixed idea, it evolves with us. 

Taking Action to Redefine Success 

Redefining success isn’t just about changing the narrative, it’s about creating real opportunities. That’s why at TP in Greece we decided to collaborate with Mexoxo to provide 1,000 scholarships for the “Take the Lead” program by e-Cornell University – 500 for women outside our organization and 500 for our employees. 

This initiative is designed to empower women with essential skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, time management, and career growth. By investing in education and development, we’re helping women take control of their futures and redefine success on their own terms.
