Through the Autism Sensory Experience Simulator by Nevronas, TP employees had the opportunity to experience firsthand how individuals on the autism spectrum perceive the world.
This VR simulation provided valuable insights into sensory overload and neurodivergent experiences. It also sparked meaningful discussions on how we can create a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
Day 2: Strengthening Inclusion Within TP Greece
TP in Greece has a longstanding collaboration with Best Buddies Greece, an organization dedicated to fostering inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This year, our Friendship Bells workshop provided employees with the opportunity to reflect on the importance of social connection in the workplace.
