Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025: A Recap of Inclusion in Action
At TP in Greece, we are committed to fostering a workplace where diversity and inclusion are not just values but an integral part of our culture. As part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025, we organized 2 impactful initiatives aimed at raising awareness, encouraging empathy, and strengthening inclusion in our workplace.
Day 1: A Virtual Journey into Autism Sensory Perception
Through the Autism Sensory Experience Simulator by Nevronas, TP employees had the opportunity to experience firsthand how individuals on the autism spectrum perceive the world.
This VR simulation provided valuable insights into sensory overload and neurodivergent experiences, sparking meaningful discussions on how we can create a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
Day 2: Strengthening Inclusion Within TP Greece
TP in Greece has a longstanding collaboration with Best Buddies, an organization dedicated to fostering inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This year, our Friendship Bells workshop provided employees with the opportunity to reflect on the importance of social connection in the workplace. Through hands-on crafting and discussions, participants explored the value of meaningful interactions and the role each of us can play in building an inclusive professional environment.

TP Celebrating Different Minds
Our commitment to neurodiversity goes beyond this week. We also launched a Podcast named «TP Celebrating Different Minds» where colleagues shared their experiences and perspectives on neurodiversity in the workplace. This initiative aims to educate, inspire, and promote a culture of understanding and inclusion.
