Double Global Recognition from Singapore Airlines and Contact Center World

TP Greece, a global leader in digital business solutions, has earned two prestigious international awards for 2025, highlighting its strategic approach to transforming customer service through technology and human empathy.

Specifically, the company received a major international recognition during this year’s CEO Excellence Awards 2025, winning the Service Transformation Award from Singapore Airlines.

This award recognizes partners who demonstrate operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in customer experience. It is the second recognition TP Greece has received from Singapore Airlines, following the “Outstanding Partner Award” in 2023.

The Service Transformation Award underscores TP Greece’s evolution from a traditional service provider into a Digital Partner for High-Value Services, delivering end-to-end solutions that combine cutting-edge innovation with the human experience.

At the same time, TP Greece won, for the second consecutive year, the Gold Award in the category “Best Remote Agent Program in the World 2025” at the Global Top Ranking Performers Awards, organized by Contact Center World (CCW). This follows the company’s recognition at the EMEA Regional Awards 2025 earlier in the year and confirms not only its consistent leadership in remote work but also the potential for this model to become a strategic advantage and a global benchmark.

TP Greece was represented by Eleni Rapti, Vice President of Business Development, who in her presentation titled “Best Practices Leading the ‘Work-From-Anywhere’ Revolution” highlighted how the combined use of Artificial and Emotional Intelligence (AI & EI) enhances efficiency, flexibility, and the human dimension of customer service.

TP Greece is the only Greek company to have been recognized at a global level for two consecutive years at the CCW Awards, the largest international awards program for contact centers and customer experience organizations, with participants from over 80 countries worldwide.
