TP Greece has been recognized among companies that provide a safe and inclusive work environment for women, earning a place for the third consecutive year on the Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas 2025 list, announced by Great Place To Work® Hellas on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

TP Greece, which employs over 12,000 people, ranked 4th in the category of companies with 1,000+ employees, standing out for its organizational culture and inclusive environment. Specifically, within the company’s workforce in Greece, women represent 53% of total employees, with 48% holding leadership positions.

The 40 companies featured on the Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas 2025 list were selected from those that participated in the Great Place To Work® survey and received certification for their excellent workplace environment in 2024, meeting the following criteria:

  • Employ at least 20 people
  • At least 33% of their workforce is female
  • At least 33% of employees in positions of responsibility (supervisors, managers) are women

Through the Trust Index© questionnaire, female employees were able to rate their employers positively across five key areas:

  • Equal and fair treatment regardless of gender
  • Fair compensation for all
  • Promotions based on merit
  • Flexibility to take leave when needed
  • Work-life balance

Globally, TP stands out for initiatives that empower women, promote equal opportunities for career advancement, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace. These initiatives are part of the company’s global TP Women strategy, which aims to continually empower women, create growth opportunities, and tackle workplace stereotypes.

As part of this strategy, TP Greece recently organized the TP Women Event titled “Women in Network”, highlighting issues of equality and professional empowerment, with participation from senior leaders in Greece and abroad. Additionally, in collaboration with the non-profit organization Mexoxo, TP Greece offered 1,000 scholarships for the certified leadership program “Take the Lead” by eCornell, significantly enhancing women’s access to personal and professional development tools.
