TP Greece’s Unique Team Building at Hippolysis

On Sunday, June 15th, we swapped our daily routines for a special experience in Marathon, at the wonderful “Hippolysis“ organization. This amazing center provides love, care, and a new life for rescued horses. Through a series of carefully designed, horse-assisted activities, our team explored key workplace dynamics like trust, cooperation, communication, and emotional awareness.

Our day at Hippolysis wasn’t just fun; it was a powerful learning experience. Through hands-on activities with these incredible horses, our TP team explored vital topics like teamwork, cooperation, stress management, and self-observation. The horses, deeply attuned to human energy and intention, respond naturally to the group’s behavior. Without saying a word, they reflect on how we show up. individually and as a team. This made the experience both eye-opening and deeply personal, highlighting unspoken team dynamics in a way no meeting room could.
