Turning Care into Action: Our Pink October Commitment

Health & Well-BeingPink Octobersocial responsibilityTP Women

At TP Greece, care begins with action. For over a decade, we’ve turned compassion into tangible impact, promoting early detection and empowering our people to take charge of their health. What started as an internal pledge to offer free breast ultrasounds to every employee, regardless of age or gender, has evolved into a national initiative that now reaches women across Greece.
Each October, we proudly provide 1,000 free breast ultrasounds, reaffirming our belief that prevention saves lives and awareness inspires change.

Inspiring Awareness Through Dialogue

For the Second year in a row, we hosted our annual Pink October awareness panel, an event dedicated to sharing knowledge, promoting dialogue, and empowering everyone to take charge of their health.

With the kind support of doctoranytime, we connected with outstanding healthcare professionals who inspired us with their expertise and perspective on prevention and self-care. Featuring insights from a Oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgeon and a psychologist, the discussion covered essential topics such as recognizing warning signs, the value of regular check-ups, and maintaining emotional resilience during and after diagnosis. Beyond medical insights, the conversation highlighted the importance of empathy, support networks, and mental well-being.

To complement the event, employees were treated to healthy pink treats, a symbolic reminder that wellness starts with small, mindful choices. Together, we’re creating a culture that values both physical and emotional health.

Wearing Pink with Purpose

Pink October culminates in our “Wear Pink at Work” initiative, a simple yet powerful act of solidarity. On 24 October, our team proudly came to the office wearing pink to raise awareness about breast cancer and show support for everyone affected by it.

Wearing pink is a statement of unity, compassion, and collective strength. Each participant helps amplify a message that truly matters early detection saves lives, and awareness creates change.

Building a Culture of Care and Prevention

As we continue this journey, our commitment remains unwavering, to promote awareness, encourage prevention, and foster a supportive community. Together, we’re transforming care into meaningful action and building a future defined by health, hope, and humanity.
