As part of our team, you will handle daily requests in Greek via e-mail, phone, and other platforms that require an outbound call. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers to answer, assist and solve any question, request, and issue that may arise, usually on a wide array of topics, ensuring overall customer service satisfaction.
