Diversity at TP – Greece

TP Greece proudly hosted the inaugural TP Women Town Hall, “Women in Corporate at the Age of AI,”

Accessibility is a continuous commitment embedded in how we work, design, and grow.

For the second consecutive year, TP Greece proudly participated in Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026.

International Women’s Day is more than a celebration. It is a moment to take meaningful action toward a more inclusive future of work.

By linking November 25 with Human Rights Day, we honor every participating employee, every woman who shared her voice, and every partner driving lasting impact.

Our Chief People Officer, Triantafilos Alexopoulos, represented the company as a panelist in the session “Leading the Shift: A New Playbook for Multigenerational Leadership.”

As we celebrate May, the Month of Diversity, we’re proud to spotlight the 4 key pillars that help us shape a truly inclusive culture, every single day.

On April 12 and 13, we had the incredible opportunity to bring these values to life through a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event.

As part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025, we organized 2 impactful initiatives…

We hosted TP Women in Network, a transformative event dedicated to bridging the gender gap and developing effective Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies.
