In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for consumers when they need assistance with their device protection plans, claims, repairs, or replacements. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by guiding customers through unexpected situations, providing reassurance, and helping them resolve issues quickly and smoothly. 

What You’ll Do 

• Be a trusted guide for customers: Help people navigate their device protection journey with confidence. Listen carefully, understand their needs, and explain solutions in a clear, simple, and reassuring way. 

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Show empathy, patience, and professionalism, especially when supporting customers facing unexpected challenges or urgent situations. 

• Build trust through responsible service: Follow all relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards to ensure every customer receives reliable and compliant support. 

• Use technology to help customers faster: Work across customer support platforms and digital tools to provide real-time assistance and seamless service. 

• Maintain accurate customer records: Keep case information organized and up to date, ensuring a smooth experience for customers throughout their journey. 

• Learn, grow, and improve: Participate in ongoing training, expand your knowledge, and contribute ideas that help make the customer experience even better.

What We’re Looking For 

• Excellent Norwegian and good English language skills (spoken and written) 

• Great communication skills, active listening, and the ability to simplify complex topics 

• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and accountability 

• Comfort working across multiple systems 

• Familiarity with regulatory environments, such as GDPR 

• Commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence
