At TP in Greece, we believe that true success is unique to everyone, measured by fulfillment, happiness, and the courage to break stereotypes.
For International Women’s Day 2025, we are partnering with Mexoxo to offer 1,000 scholarships for eCornell’s 22-hour Take the Lead program — 500 for women outside TP and 500 for our employees.
This program equips women with essential skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, time management, and career growth. Participants gain strategies to build strong personal brands, boost motivation, foster entrepreneurial thinking, and enhance productivity.
Through this initiative, TP in Greece and Mexoxo reaffirm their commitment to empowering women, supporting aspiring professionals, and opening opportunities for personal and career growth.

TP Women Leading the Way in Work-Life Harmony
TP in Greece held its 1st TP Women event to showcase its commitment to promoting gender equality. In an inspiring discussion led by active TP Women leaders, attendees gained insight into navigating the complexities of Work-Life balance. This event highlighted our initiatives in fostering a culture of inclusivity at the workplace and implementing supportive workplace policies. It is through sharing experiences and best practices that TP Women is contributing to the development of a balanced and progressive workplace, where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

TP Women Supporting the Fight against breast cancer
At TP in Greece, breast cancer prevention is a core value we champion year-round. As proud supporters of Greece Race for the Cure®—one of Europe’s largest breast cancer awareness initiatives organized by Alma Zois—we have actively participated for seven years as volunteer sponsors.
Beyond advocacy, our dedication extends to action: for over a decade, we’ve provided free breast ultrasound exams to employees of all genders, and since 2021, we’ve offered 1,000 free exams annually to women across Greece.
In 2023 we hosted “Strength, Survival, and Support,” a panel discussion focused on raising breast cancer awareness by highlighting early detection, strong support networks, and resilience.

Uncovering Hidden Biases
In honor of International Women’s Day, our 2024 initiative focuses on uncovering hidden biases, promoting gender equality, and encouraging unity between genders. We recognize the power of diversity and mutual support, aspiring to create a world where every voice is valued and aspirations are achievable.
To shed light on latent biases, we collaborated with three influencers to engage their audiences. Through the presentation of specific details within images, followers were prompted to perceive a broader narrative. What insightful stories did these followers uncover?
Together, let’s challenge traditional norms and contribute to a fairer and more inclusive world. By working collectively, we can dismantle unconscious biases and cultivate an environment where each individual is appreciated and empowered.
