TP CSR Commitment to the environment
At TP Greece, running a successful business goes hand in hand with taking responsibility for our planet. Mitigating environmental impacts and ensuring a better future for the next generation is a core goal of our TP CSR initiatives. In line with our Net-Zero Carbon by 2040 commitment, we aim to:

Reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 49% per FTE

Reduce Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods, services, and employee commuting by 38% per FTE by 2026 (from a 2019 base year)
Sustainable Practices and Employee Engagement
We take a holistic approach to sustainability in our buildings, including energy management, waste minimization, and sustainable materials. Throughout the year, we run employee awareness campaigns, organize clean-up and tree-planting events, and actively promote biodiversity protection.
As part of our Citizen of the Planet program, we contribute to reforestation and ecosystem restoration. In the past two years, we have planted over 2,000 trees in Attica. Every tree symbolizes our dedication to reducing climate change and leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.

Through proactive measures, such as safeguarding endangered species, conserving precious natural resources, and promoting sustainable practices, we are working towards ensuring a healthy, vibrant and thriving planet.
Biodiversity Protection
Green Buildings
We are constantly adopting best practices to create buildings that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also energy-efficient, water-conserving, and healthy for occupants. These efforts have led to the achievement of Gold LEED Certification for four of our buildings. Our environmentally friendly Green Buildings reflect our commitment to sustainability, while they create a built environment that is both high-performing and socially responsible.
In May 2024, TP Greece partnerned with Aegean Rebreath and formed the dynamic Water Alliance, an initiative that contributes to reducing environmental impact, protecting biodiversity, and promoting energy conservation.
This initiative is part of TP’s corporate social responsibility strategy,
an environmental initiative through the Citizen of the Planet (COTP) program, which focuses on promoting sustainable development.
