What will you be doing in Chania?
You will be part of a customer experience team determined to spread happiness! You and your colleagues will get to handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, with a goal to deliver efficient customer service with high customer satisfaction as a result. Of course, you can expect our team leaders and trainers to be present, coaching and supporting you at all times.

What will I do?
One of the main tasks is to receive incoming calls from existing customers. Since we have different projects, cases may vary from roadside assistance to TV technical support, or billing and contract issues. For many of our projects, there is a big focus on client retention and additional sales. We can elaborate on this during your interview with us!
Does TP arrange accommodation and the flight tickets to Crete?
Yes, TP covers all accommodation during the entire period of employment along with transportation costs: your flight ticket down to Chania, Crete, as well as transportation to and from the airport – usually we fly you in 4-5 days before the training starts. We also offer a transfer service for 40€/month, that covers rides from to and from our offices. This applies to those residing far from the office, facing difficulty with their daily transit. The transfer service is optional, feel free request more info on site. All accommodation options are thoroughly equipped with simple furnishings, kitchen utensils, as well as sheets and towels.
What type of accommodation does TP Greece offer?
We have different types of accommodation, located at different distances from the office and Chania town, e.g. you may request to live alone in a studio or with a colleague in a shared apartment. Of course, we try to place you as per your request, but it always depends on housing availability. The size of the apartment varies; e.g. studios are smaller apartments equipped with a kitchenette and a WC, while shared apartments tend to be larger, with two separate bedrooms, a living room and a larger kitchen.
How can I spend my free time on Crete?
We can assure you that your stay in Crete will be anything but boring. If you’re up for an adventure, you can plan a road trip to discover some of the major cultural cities/ports of the island or explore one of the many gorgeous mountain and hiking trails. If you wish to relax, you can enjoy the sunset lounging at a beach bar, taste the local cuisine or break a sweat dancing till the morning at one of the numerous hip dance clubs.

Does TP organize any events or activities for the employees?

What about health care?
The first day you are registered in Greece you will receive an AMKA number – this acts as a social security number. Once you have received your AMKA number you have free access to all the public hospitals in Greece.
